This ancient battle took place before the advent of swords, so they two warriors fought with shards of ice, sharpened to a razors edge. After eight straight days of battle, with only a brief pause to pray to a Lotus Blossom, Master Haku Kim had pinned his foe against the wall. There was no escape for Master Tatzu Bahamut. In a fit of desperation Tatzu exclaimed, “What’s that over there?” As Master Haku looked in the direction Tatzu had indicated he felt a cold stab in his nether regions. It is agreed upon by scholars that this battle constitutes the creation of Ninja philosophy.
