For a good portion of Season Six we have tried to figure out what the motivations of The Man in Black/The Smoke Monster are. We wanted to know what his powers were exactly and whether or not he was a good guy or a bad guy. Finally, the last episode has come and...

...we still don't really know. I mean, remember his back story episode? Weren't you rooting for him against his Mom? And when Jacob didn't want to back him up didn't it seem unreasonable? I mean, Jacob killed the guy! His own brother! I don't know about you but I'm Team Smokey all the way. I hope that after the black hole left in television forces ABC to do a spin off that they bring Smokey back and he gets to destroy the island, or get off it, or whatever he wanted to do.
